Having spent 20 years working in both the hospitality and retail trades, I am very aware of the impact of excellent customer service.

As a mother of five boys, one of which is a full-time wheelchair user, I also have a real enthusiasm for improving the lives of disabled people. This knowledge can be used to ensure businesses learn how to be accessible and provide excellent customer service to everyone.
